Hankook Tire Signs Official Sponsorship Agreement with the U.S. ‘Tomorrow’s Golf League (TGL)’

Seoul, Korea, October 29, 2025 — Global leading tire company Hankook Tire & Technology (hereafter Hankook Tire) announced its official sponsorship agreement with the U.S.-based simulation golf league Tomorrow’s Golf League (hereafter TGL). Starting from Season 2, Hankook Tire will serve as TGL’s first-ever Official Tire Partner and Founding Partner.
TGL is a golf league co-founded by sports executive Mike McCarley and professional golfers Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy. It is a technology-driven tournament that integrates advanced technology, data, and live-action play within a custom-designed high-tech arena. By combining the competitive spirit of traditional golf with entertainment elements, TGL is rapidly emerging as one of the most innovative and fast-growing sports leagues worldwide.
Hankook Tire entered into this sponsorship based on the shared core value of 'technological innovation' that both organizations pursue, to deliver a unique brand experience that blurs the lines between mobility and sports, connecting with golf enthusiasts across all age groups. The sponsorship reflects the shared core value of both organizations — a strong commitment to technological innovation.
Through this sponsorship, Hankook Tire will showcase its global unified brand, “Hankook,” across various platforms, including LED signage within the SoFi Center, TV commercials, and live broadcast coverage during TGL Season 2 events. These efforts aim to reinforce the brand’s premium status among golf fans in North America and around the world.

TGL Season 2 will kick off its opening match on December 28 (local time) and run until March 2026, featuring a total of 15 rounds. The league will consist of six teams—Atlanta Drive GC, Boston Common Golf, Jupiter Links Golf Club, Los Angeles Golf Club, New York Golf Club, and The Bay Golf Club—with 24 active PGA Tour golfers competing in an intense race for the championship.
Meanwhile, Hankook Tire continues to lead global sports marketing through partnerships with leading football leagues and clubs, including TGL. The company has strengthened its brand recognition through collaborations with major organizations such as the UEFA Europa League, the UEFA Europa Conference League, Germany’s Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund, and Al Ittihad in Saudi Arabia.
In addition, Hankook Tire exclusively supplies tires to world-class motorsport competitions organized by the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA), including the FIA World Rally Championship, the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship, and the Lamborghini Super Trofeo.
